Rakam Tex Medium
A high build textured finish devoid of lime and cement, based on special acrylic polymer and medium-sized fillers. Intended for use on interior and exterior walls, ceilings, masonry, precast concrete panels and gypsum boards which yields a beautiful grandeur textured finish.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be sound, dry and clean, free from dirt, oil, grease, and loose paint, or powdery materials…
A. Old Painted Surfaces
- Remove the old paint as much as possible.
- Sand the entire surface and remove all the dust.
- Wash down with Ammonia Water Solution.
- Rinse with clean water and allow to dry.
- Prime the surface to be painted with RAKAM Primer Sealer or RAKAM Latex Sealer.
- Fill cracks and holes with RAKAM Wall Putty or RAKAM Acrylic Filler.
- After drying, sand the putty and clean the surface once again.
- Apply two coats of RAKAM – Tex Medium.
A. New Surfaces
- Sand the surface until completely smooth, remove all the dust.
- Prime the surface to be painted with RAKAM Primer Sealer or RAKAM Latex Sealer.
- Apply 1-2 Coats of RAKAM Wall Putty or RAKAM Acrylic Filler.
- After drying, sand the putty and clean the surface.
- Apply one coat of RAKAM-Tex Medium.
