Stellar Top Coat Clear

Stellar best, high gloss or matt clear Emulsion paint, based on highly modified pure acrylic resin specially formulated for use on all types of interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, wall papers, masonry, and gypsum.

Surface Preparation

The surface should be sound, dry and clean, free from dirt, oil, grease, and loose paint, or powdery materials…

A. Old Painted Surfaces

  1. Remove the old paint as much as possible.
  2. Sand the entire surface and remove all the dust.
  3. Wash down with Ammonia Water Solution.
  4. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry.
  5. Prime the surface to be painted with Stellar Latex Sealer.
  6. Fill cracks and holes with Stellar Wall Putty or Stellar Acrylic Filler.
  7. After drying, sand the putty and clean the surface once again.
  8. Apply one coat of Stellar Texture or Tex Coating.
  9. Apply two coats of Stellar Top Coat clear.

A. New Surfaces

  1. Sand the surface until completely smooth, remove all the dust.
  2. Prime the surface to be painted with Stellar Latex Sealer.
  3. Apply 1-2 Coats of Stellar Wall Putty or Stellar Acrylic Filler.
  4. After drying, sand the putty and clean the surface.
  5. Apply one coat of Stellar Texture or Tex Coating.
  6. Apply two coats of Stellar Top Coat clear.

Remarks

  • Stir well before use…
  • Avoid application below 5 °C or over 85% relative humidity.
  • After using, clean the application tools immediately with water.
  • Close container after use.
  • Store in a cool and dry place.
